Until 2020, the Master’s Program in Chinese Politics, Foreign Policy and International Relations (CPFP) has admitted totally more than 240 students who come from varies of countries including Indonesia, Germany, India, Britain, Colombia, Turkey, Myanmar, Mexico, Georgia, Mongolia, Czech Republic, the United States, Portugal, France, South Korea, and Zimbabwe etc. The students all graduated from top universities in the world such as University of Oxford, Princeton University, University of California, Berkeley, The London School of Economics and Political Science, and Paris Institute of Political Studies etc. Some students have extensive experience in international affairs, creating a well-educated and professional student team. With the rich political resources in Beijing and the work opportunities provided by Tsinghua University, students have obtained many valuable opportunities for internships in international organizations including UNDP, EU missions, embassies and consulates of foreign countries in China, Tsinghua-Carnegie center and other think tanks, well-known companies and NGOs etc. A large number of students stayed on after internship, engaged in work related to national and international governance. This program has cultivated a large number of elite talents who actively participate in global governance.
