Professor Fan Fumin Speaks at the Developing Country Studies Workshop

 Professor Fan Fumin of the Department of Psychology attended on the Developing Country Studies Workshop on December 18, 2012 and presented a speech on Stress Management and Mental Health.

Professor Fan communicated with students about the relations between stress and health in the study life of graduate students and elaborated the stress management and mental health by linking it with the field study of the Developing Country Studies PhD candidates, who are supposed to have two-year field study in their designated countries.

Through scenario analysis and mental training models, as well as with abundant case elaboration, Professor Fan helped the students to understand the importance of stress management to their study life.

It is the second lecture of its kind under the DCS workshop. Li Bing and Zhang Jing from Education Foundation, and Professor Zhang Chuanjie of the Department of International Relations were also present at the workshop.
