哲学博士，2018年4月入职清华大学国际关系研究院，现为教授/研究员。此前长期供职于中国现代国际关系研究院，曾任南亚东南亚及大洋洲所副所长、研究员，政策研究经验丰富。2004-2008年，曾赴印度尼赫鲁大学国际关系学院学习，获博士学位。专长中印关系、南亚政治与安全、印度洋研究等，经常为政府有关部门提供政策咨询。
